Sally was my first "real" supervisor when I started at New York State. She was a tough lady to work for but had a gentle side to her and really cared about people. I still have and put out the wonderful Christmas ornaments and decorations she made for my family each year. Rest in peace Sally.

With deepest condolences while you remember your loss of a loved one. Sally shared many quilting tips with me and the best advice where to shop for fabric. I will be forever grateful for she had a unique talent.

Condolences to the family. Sally and I were inseparable for a lot of years when we grew up together in Accord. So many good memories from that time include her and time spent time together wandering around town, exploring under the bridge, or watching tv and eating snacks from the store while Mrs. Carle or Jenny kept and eye on us. Trips they took fascinated me - like North Pole to see Santa, Florida for much of Winter, and Mexico in Summer. I still wear a bracelet she brought back for me from one of the Mexico trips.

I was assigned to work for Sally when she became the HR Director at Higher Education Services Corp. She taught me everything she could about HR; not just the what to do, but the why. She was a terrific teacher! I tried to pay it forward by training new HR professionals when years later I went to work at the Law Department (one of her first assignments).
