Anna Tinnirello
Anna Tinnirello of Accord, NY passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. She was 98 years old. Anna was born on July 24, 1917 in Brooklyn, NY; one of ten children of Salvatore and Luisa (Inglese) Stendardo.
Anna had worked as a seamstress in Manhattan before she moved to Ulster County. She was a faithful communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Kerhonkson. Anna was a wonderful knitter and her love of crochet allowed her make something special for all her friends and family who she loved so much. She was an all around good person who will be missed dearly by her daughter Irene K. Ferrara of Accord, her son Michael J. Tinnirello of Forest Hills, NY her four grandchildren and her six great-grandchildren.
Visiting will be held on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at H.B. Humiston Funeral Home, 30 42nd St. Kerhonkson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday the 24th 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Kerhonkson. Burial will follow at Pine Bush Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made in Anna’s name to the Association of the Miraculous Medal, 1811 W. Saint Joseph St., Perryville, MO 63775.
