Brian K. Decker

Brian K. Decker, of Kingston, NY, passed away on April 22, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. He was 54 years old. Brian was born on May 5, 1963 in Ellenville, NY; he was the son of Ruth Ann (Strang) and the late Perley Decker.

Brian was a heavy equipment operator for Waste Management for 17 years. Brian enjoyed working with his hands, whether it was woodworking or painting, these were a favorite pass time for him.

In addition to his mother, Brian is survived by his sisters, Dawn Decker Gibbs and her husband Richard Shultis of Kingston, Ann Decker Stewart and her husband Robert John Stewart of Ellenville and Melissa Decker of Kerhonkson; his brother, Thomas Decker and his wife Shonda, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, April 29th from 6-9pm at Humiston Funeral Home, 30 42nd St., Kerhonkson.
