Christine Lukomsky

Christine Lukomsky of Kerhonkson, NY, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Kingston Hospital. She was 69 years old. Christine was born on October 15, 1945 in Parsburg, Germany; she was the daughter of Eugene and Stephanie (Luhova) Lukomsky.

Christine was a talented writer who published short stories and was also a magazine editor. She was a member of Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church as well as the treasurer for the church for many years.

Christine is survived by her brother Ihor Lukomsky and her cousins, Yurij Luhovy, Lubomyr (Orysia) and Artem (Larysa) in Ukraine, Natalka (Alexej)  and Yaroslav (Hulnera) in the Russian Federation,  Laryssa (Stache), Teressa, Yurij (Zorianna) in Canada. .

The Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 25th at 10am at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Pine Bush Cemetery.
