Mrs. Hasbrouck was my first supervisor when I went to work part-time at Britt's while at KHS. Juniors, cosmetics, accessories, Ready to Wear, notions and gift wrap. She taught me the meaning of being firm but fair, excellent customer service and doing for others...first. I am grateful for our time together. Her lessons have served me well all these 35 years in retail, corporate business and beyond. Thank you, Mrs. Edna...I'm paying it forward...
