Dear Abe,Candace and rest of family.
I'm so very sorry for your loss of Joan. Undoubtedly, she was one of my favorite people. She always made me smile whenever we talked and even near the end, she always had a way of adding a few words that made me think. I will miss her as I'm sure everyone who knew her will. My love and prayers go with everyone of you--her family.

Remember I'm just down the road if I can ever be of help in any way.

Such a sweet and lovely woman who is loved and cherished. Back in the 1950's, when I was a kid (Philip) and visiting the Cherrytown farm, I saw my Aunt Joan as the most beautiful blond I had ever seen! She was sweet, kind, funny, wry and cute... A hard-working role model for us boys and girls alike!
