Julian Fil

Julian Fil of Kerhonkson, NY died Tuesday, January 18, 2011. He was 89. Julian was born on July 18, 1921 in Busk, Ukraine, the son of John and Mary Fil.

Julian is survived by his wife Anna (Carewicz). His daughter Irene Carrato and her husband Pete of Maryland, and his two grandchildren, Nilya and Bethany Carrato.

Visiting hours will be Friday, January 21st from 3-5pm at HB Humiston Funeral Home, Kerhonkson. The Panakhyda will begin at 4pm that evening. The Holy Sacrifice of the Divine Liturgy will be Saturday, January 22nd 10am at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, Kerhonkson. Burial will follow at Pine Bush Cemetery, Kerhonkson.
