Kathleen M. Oddy

Kathleen M. Oddy of Accord, NY, died Friday, September 27, 2013 surrounded by her family. She was 67 years old. Mrs. Oddy was born on May 19, 1946 in Kingston; she was the daughter of the late Robert and Anna (Kilmer) Dugan.

Kathleen was an avid motorcyclist. She loved nature, being outdoors, camping, playing cards and doing ceramics. Kathleen enjoyed cooking for her family and friends and was most happy when her home was full of all the people she cared about. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Kathleen is survived by Ronald Oddy, her husband of 31 years,  her children; Terri Hammerl of Kingston, John Oddy and his wife Heidi of Rosendale, Steven Oddy and his wife Audrey of Kingston, Ronald Oddy Jr. of New Jersey, James Oddy of Kingston and Dawn Oddy McGirr and her husband Edward of Accord, her sisters, Barbara Coughlin of Hurley and Patricia Schwartz of Rifton, 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Kathleen was predeceased by her brothers Robert, Danny and Wayne Dugan.

Visiting will be held Monday, September 30^th from 5-8pm at H.B. Humiston Funeral Home, Kerhonkson. A celebration of her life will begin that evening at 7pm.
