Lewis H. Depuy, Jr.

Lewis H. Depuy, Jr. of Kerhonkson, NY passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at Health Alliance Hospital, Mary’s Ave. Campus. He was 73 years old. Lewis was born on June 26, 1940 in Kingston, NY; he was the son of the late Lewis and Jessie (Bessimer) Depuy.

Mr. Depuy was a jack of all trades having worked as a carpenter, auto mechanic, maintenance and lawn care provider. He was extremely handy and willing to help anyone and expect nothing in return. He was always loyal to his family and enjoyed the simple life of country living. In his younger years he enjoyed taking part in stock car racing.

Lewis leaves behind to cherish his memory his sister Elma Reider and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Depuy was predeceased by his sister Rita Olexa.

Burial of his ashes will take place on Thursday, June 26^th at 2pm at Pine Bush Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of H.B. Humiston Funeral Home, 30 42^nd St. Kerhonkson, NY.
