My deepest sympathy goes out to Marian's family. She was a wonderful friend and colleague. She was also a great mentor to me when I first started teaching at Ellenville Central School. We fast became friends and did some travelling together. I will always remember the trip to Hawaii that we went on in 1986 and the time I drove her maroon van to Maine for her for a short vacation. The past few years I have thought of Marian many times and drove by her house on Fordmore Road in Kerhonkson but did not know how to reach her anymore. I will never forget you Marian, and hope that you rest in peace. With fond memories, Vicki Robinson

Aunt Marian will be missed by her family and friends. She was a very strong and knowledgeable woman. It is comforting knowing that she is in a better place and at peace after a long, fruitful life. Neil Hannan
