Michael Dziuban

Michael Dziuban of Swan Lake, NY, passed away on Friday, June 27, 2014 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center. He was 87 years old. Michael was born on August 21, 1926 in Ukraine; he was the son of Anna and George Dziuban.

Mr. Dziuban was a talented musician. He had worked as a maintenance mechanic for 3M in Newark, NJ. Michael was also a member of Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church.

Michael is survived by his wife Theresa and their daughter Ann Marie Dziuban.

Visiting will be held on Tuesday, July 1^st from 2-5 pm at H.B. Humiston Funeral Home, 30 42^nd St. Kerhonkson, NY. A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday at 11am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Pine Bush Cemetery.
