Mykola Wasylyk

Mykola Wasylyk of North Port, FL formerly of Ellenville, NY died Monday, March 1, 2010. He was 86. Mykola was born on October 5, 1923 in Tyshkivtsi, Ukraine, the son of Wasyl and Maria (Skicko) Wasylyk.

Mykola is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Olga (Tesla) Wasylyk, his son, Roman J. Wasylyk of Ellenville, NY, his daughter, Minka Wasylyk Hrcehniw and her husband Taras also of Ellenville. His grandchildren; Dianna, Andrea and Matthew, and his sister, Maria.

Visiting hours will be Friday, March 5th from 5-7pm at HB Humiston Funeral Home, Kerhonkson. The Panakhyda will begin at 6pm that evening. The Holy Sacrifice of the Divine Liturgy will be Saturday, March 6th 10am at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, Kerhonkson. Burial will follow at Holy Spirit Cemetery in Hamptonburgh, NY.
