Ralph Veiland

Ralph Veiland of Accord, NY, died on Monday, November 16, 2015. He was 78 years old. Ralph was born on January 2, 1937 in Bakonyszucs, Hungary. He was the son of Jakab and Barbara Veiland.

For many years Ralph had worked for New York State Corrections and had retired in 1999 from Eastern Correctional Facility in Napanoch, NY.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Linda (Gyorfi) Veiland. Also surviving are his son Jacob Veiland of Accord, NY and his daughter Heidi Nagy and her husband Kristof of Bethlehem, PA. His grandchildren David and Elisabeth Nagy, and his brothers and sisters in Hungary.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of Humiston Funeral Home, Kerhonkson.
