My name is Denise DePuy, and I was Bob's home health aide, before hospice care came in. Bob would love to talk about all of his adventures throughout his life. He especially was proud of his drum and bugle group. We also swapped stories about the war. My late husband was in Vietnam . When I left, I would frequently see his so or daughter and ask about him. He was and will be greatly missed.

Let's go back a few years. 1969 was the year that I talked to Bob, Jr about the drum corps we had in Walden and that was a start of a family friendship that has lasted a good number of years. I I learned a lot from that friendship, many towns, we marched in parades, in hot or cold days. Many hot dogs were partaken after those parades along with a drink here and there.
As the years creep up on us and we loose many of our friends to that ever getting larger drum corps, we can only enjoy those many memory's that we have of that friendship. Again thanks for the friendship "DOC" Rest in Peace and have a grand time with Fraternal Order of Drum Corps
