Julie, I just now heard of your mother's passing. She was one of my favorites of the "Channel Master Ladies." And she made world-class lasagna. May her memory be eternal.

Dear Family: I'm sorry to hear about Ruth's death. And since words can't erase the sorrow you are feelin at this time I'd like to share a few messages of hope from the Bible that comfort me in my times of sorrow. John 5:28-29 promise there will be a resurrection, Psalms 37:29 tells us we will live forever here on earth and Rev 21:4-5 promises there will be no more pain or death. These are all promises from God that we can look forward to in the near fture when the time is right. I know God doesn't take our loved ones from us and that He will reunite us again soon. I look forward to that time of life everlasting with no more pain or death again. My heart goes out to you all and I hope that you experience the same comfort that I do from God's promises. Very sincerely, Dee Bishop

I only knew of the passing of Ruth from my father, Carlton. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. I remember many afternoons watching day time TV in the living room with John. She was a lifelong friend of my father and grandmother. When Ruth got home from work, she'd often make us something to eat. A wonderful, wonderful woman.
