Thomas G. Schneider

Thomas G. Schneider, 75, of Stone Ridge, NY passed away September 8, 2014 at his home. Thomas was born on April 18, 1939 in Ogdensburg, New York; he was the son of Chauncey and Helen (Smith) Schneider.

Mr. Schneider had worked as a machinist for Rondout Manufacturing in Accord until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and cooking.

Thomas is survived by his long time companion Gail O’Reilly; step-sons, John and Gary O’Reilly; sisters, Nancy Tyler and Genevia Osterhoudt; brother, John Schneider; nieces Debbie, Lisa and Teresa Cooke; nephew, Lloyd Cooke as well as many other extended family members.

In addition to his parents Thomas was predeceased by his step-son Michael O’Reilly; his brothers, Richard and George Schneider; and sisters, Helen Cooke and Pat Benware.

Memorial visitation will be held on Monday, September 15th from 6-8pm at H.B. Humiston Funeral Home, 30 42nd St. Kerhonkson, NY.
